About the role

Broadridge is seeking a Marketing Director, Digital Assets & Tokenization. This role requires a marketer with capital markets fluency and experience in developing and managing go-to-market programs for digital assets, tokenization, and related market infrastructure themes.

Responsibilities

  • Bring a strong understanding and point of view on the tokenization landscape, including client needs, adoption barriers, ecosystem developments, regulatory shifts, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct and synthesize market, customer, and competitor research to inform messaging, launches, and strategic decisions.
  • Serve as the voice of the market and customer in cross-functional planning.
  • Create thought leadership platforms, executive narratives, white papers, speaking topics, and market-facing content that position Broadridge as a trusted authority.
  • Support analyst relations, media engagement, industry events, and executive speaking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications roles in financial services, more specifically at digital asset/blockchain firms.
  • Understanding of digital assets, tokenization, blockchain-based market infrastructure, or related market modernization themes.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling messaging and communications for complex B2B or enterprise solutions.
  • Experience partnering closely with product, sales, strategy, and executive leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead in a highly matrixed organization and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting launches, sales enablement, and external thought leadership.
