Responsibilities

  • Plans, monitors, and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.
  • Led/coordinates and secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
  • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
  • Identifies project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
  • Ensures that project is completed on-time according to the stated specifications and within budgeted costs.
  • Maintains performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 5-7 years of experience in program or project management with software and financial services solutions preferred.
  • Digital Asset and Tokenization program management experience preferred, supporting product specific builds a must.

Compensation

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $165,000 - $175,000. Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible.
