Marketing Director
Mission Overview
The Residence at North Ridge in New Hope, MN is seeking a full-time Director of Marketing to join their team. The position involves facilitating marketing and business development for Mission Health, a family of communities dedicated to delivering a positive Mission experience through CARES values of Character, Attitude, Respect, Excellence, and Service.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation package up to $87,000 per year, which includes a base salary and monthly bonuses. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, a flexible spending account (FSA), a 401(k) plan, paid time off (PTO), life insurance, continuing education unit (CEU) reimbursement, and daily pay options.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in health care related marketing
- PREFERRED: Experience with Point Click Care
- PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree
- Computer knowledgeable including word and Excel
- A desire to work with seniors
Responsibilities
Represents the facility to professionals and the community to expand referral base. Continuously analyzes the marketplace and determines the changing needs of the facility’s consumers. Facilitates business development, admissions process, and the development and maintenance of daily census.
