About the role

The Marketing Director, Advanced Wound Biologics leads all downstream marketing efforts for the Advanced Wound Biologics (AWB) portfolio, including SANTYL, IODOSORB, and the Burn and Debridement portfolio brands ACTICOAT, VERSAJET, and BIOBRANE. SANTYL spans Retail, Acute, and Post-Acute/Long-Term Care settings, while the Burn portfolio focuses solely on burn and trauma customers within the acute setting.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing a team of product managers to execute annual brand plans and achieve budget targets
  • Oversee and gather cross-functional alignment for all key decisions related to targeting, segmentation, pricing & contracting strategy, digital media plans, tradeshows, market research, new messaging, and medical education
  • Manage the full Advertising & Promotion budget for all BioTissue brands
  • Drive team toward gathering more customer insights through field rides, customer engagement, and market research to acquire new customers and increase net promoter scores
  • Work closely with Managed Markets and Pharmaceutical distributor account managers to drive channel demand and implement strategies to improve payor access
  • Collaborate with upstream/global marketing, clinical, R&D, medical education, sales leadership and other cross-functional partners to complete asset creation, training development, medical education planning, and forecasting for new product launches
  • Collaborate with fellow marketing leaders to market the full wound portfolio to customers and improve the customer experience
  • Own demand planning and forecasting for all brands and work closely with supply planning and operations to ensure product availability
  • Work closely and manage relationships with external and internal creative agencies and digital CRM leaders
  • Work with Sales Training Team and key members of the sales force to develop and execute plans for ongoing training and upskilling
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to develop important brand KPIs, analyze sales and claims data, and develop insights to increase share
  • Demonstrate a high level of financial acumen for analyzing market data, sales figures, budget forecasting and long-range planning
  • Manage all partner programs related to pharmaceutical product sales and be well informed of FDA regulations that impact drug product marketing and sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required
  • MBA, M.S. or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Pharma or MedTech required in Marketing, Sales, R&D or related functions
  • 4+ years of work experience in product marketing required, with at least 2 years supporting a drug or biologic required
  • Prior experience leading a team preferred, or strong potential as a new people leader
  • Experience marketing medical devices or drugs to surgeons across diverse surgical specialties is strongly preferred

Qualifications

  • Location: Fort Worth, TX (hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in office) and 25% national travel. If remote, 50% travel in the field and to the Fort Worth office.

Pay

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $143,000-215,000 USD annually and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in office and 25% national travel. If remote, 50% travel in the field and to the Fort Worth office.
