Marketing Digital Brand Designer - Lifeworks
Job Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling assets for digital, print, and environmental use ? including social media graphics, event collateral, presentations, signage, and internal communications.
- Maintain and evolve brand standards to ensure visual consistency across all materials.
- Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and design campaigns, events, and initiatives that bring our brand to life.
- Develop templates and branded tools to streamline content creation for internal partners.
- Create visually compelling assets for digital, print, and environmental use ? including station branding, cafe signage, social media graphics, event collateral, presentations, and internal communications.
- Aids in marketing events and promotions from coordination to breaking down.
- Supports photography, video, and motion graphics needs when applicable.
- Designs and manages content for email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborates on content strategy and assists with copywriting, layout, and scheduling.
- May serve as a moderator/host for cooking demos and other marketing events.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and brand activations.
- Manages multiple design requests and timelines, prioritizing projects based on business goals.
- Supports event marketing with signage, digital screens, and promotional materials.
- Affords assistance with administrative works (project coordination, scheduling meetings on Google Calendar, formulating meeting notes, maintaining a filing system on Google shared Drive).
Qualifications
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions.
- Sufficient in Adobe Suite, Google Suite, Canva.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
