About the role

You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers engaging with our brand. You’ll play a critical role in converting inbound interest into qualified opportunities for our sales team, and supporting the field marketing team, ensuring every prospect has a thoughtful, high-quality first experience with Parloa.

Areas of ownership

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing channels (web, events, campaigns)
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, and social channels to understand their business challenges and goals
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit, urgency, and buying intent
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
  • Continuously refine messaging and outreach based on prospect insights
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution

Who you are

  • 1+ years of experience in an SDR, MDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful, probing questions
  • A high level of organization and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple inbound conversations simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms is a plus
  • An interest in AI, customer experience, or enterprise technology

Salary Range

$80,000 USD - $108,000 USD
