About the role

Notch is building a platform for building and managing agentic AI that connects customer and employee interactions with back-office systems to automate complex workflows end-to-end.

We deploy AI agents across key insurance use cases, including FNOL intake and triage across voice and chat, multi-intent document ingestion and classification, end-to-end claims orchestration, internal co-pilots for adjusters, and advanced CX analytics. All of this is delivered with the highest standards for auditability, explainability, and governance, ensuring AI is deployed in a controlled, transparent, and enterprise-ready manner.

We’re growing quickly and investing heavily in how we show up across every touchpoint, from product storytelling to paid acquisition to sales. We’re looking for our first dedicated Marketing Designer to own and elevate our brand across the board.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve our brand
  • Shape and strengthen Notch’s visual identity across every marketing touchpoint. Build clear brand guidelines and a scalable design system, while making sure everything we publish feels consistent, polished, and unmistakably Notch.
  • Create high-quality assets for the website, landing pages, blog, social, paid campaigns, email, sales materials, and events. You’ll help bring the brand to life wherever prospects and customers interact with us.
  • Be a high-output creative engine
  • Turn ideas into polished, on-brand creative quickly and consistently. You should be comfortable balancing speed and quality in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment.
  • Contribute to campaigns and creative direction
  • Work closely with marketing and leadership to develop campaign ideas and translate messaging into strong visual storytelling. We’re looking for someone who brings creative thinking, not just execution.
  • Design for performance
  • Create and refine growth assets that are built to perform. You’ll use testing, feedback, and channel best practices to continuously improve the impact of your work.
  • Build systems, not just assets
  • Develop reusable templates and modular components that help the team move faster and stay consistent. This role is about creating a foundation that scales, not just delivering one-off designs.
  • Work cross-functionally and with agencies
  • Collaborate across marketing, product, and leadership, while also partnering with external agencies and freelancers when needed. You’ll help maintain a high bar for quality across every contributor and project.

Requirements

  • Compensation: $105,000-$130,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus equity and benefits.
