Marketing Designer

About the role

The Marketing Designer at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC) crafts and refines engaging marketing assets across digital and print media to enhance the organization's brand visibility and appeal. This fully onsite position may require occasional weekend or night event coverage and sits within the Public Relations & Marketing team, which tells CRMC's story, builds its brand, and connects patients, providers, and the community with the organization's services and expertise.

• Craft and refine engaging marketing assets across digital and print media.
• Produce high-quality material that communicates CRMC's messaging while adhering to budget and time constraints.
• Develop and execute long-term digital marketing strategies and rapid advertising techniques, optimizing for performance and audience impact.
