About the role
The Marketing Coordinator II position is available in the San Francisco office of Perkins Eastman, a global architectural design practice. This role involves working closely with the Marketing Managers and Practice Area Specialists to prepare proposal submissions, qualifications packages, presentations, brochures, and other related activities for potential opportunities throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing Managers and Practice Area Specialists to prepare proposal submissions, qualifications packages, presentations, brochures, and other related activities for potential opportunities throughout the region.
- Aid in lead tracking, capital planning research, and due diligence.
- Cook up all materials for proposals with both internal and external teams.
- Organize the pursuit process.
- Collaborate with the other marketing department staff, principals, project managers, and technical staff to develop relevant materials.
- Provide general support for the marketing and business development efforts in the studio/practice area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or marketing required.
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in the AEC industry.
- Time Management Skills: Superior organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must possess strong computer (PC) skills and high proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Office 365.
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or marketing required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in the AEC industry.
Skills

Pay
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
