Marketing Coordinator II
About the role
The Marketing Coordinator II position is available in the Los Angeles office of Perkins Eastman, a global architectural design practice known for its "human by design" ethos. The role involves preparing proposal submissions, qualifications packages, presentations, brochures, and other related activities for potential opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing Managers and Practice Area Specialists to prepare proposal submissions, qualifications packages, presentations, brochures, and other related activities for potential opportunities throughout the region.
- Aid in lead tracking, capital planning research, and due diligence.
- Cover all materials for proposals with both internal and external teams.
- Organize the pursuit process.
- Collaborate with the other marketing department staff, principals, project managers, and technical staff to develop relevant materials.
- Provide general support for the marketing and business development efforts in the studio/practice area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or marketing required.
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the AEC industry.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Strong computer (PC) skills and high proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Office 365.
