  • Develop and maintain annual marketing and referral outreach calendars, ensuring activities, office visits, events, and campaigns are strategically planned and executed.

  • Independently plan and coordinate marketing and community events, including logistics, registration management, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and marketing collateral.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuing education programs, sponsorships, community involvement, networking events, and referral development activities throughout the year.
  • Create, proofread, and edit content for a variety of marketing channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Assist with the development and management of social media and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Track outreach activities, event performance, and referral engagement, providing recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of oral and maxillofacial surgery to strengthen referral relationships and marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed records of referral interactions, event participation, and marketing activities.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, coordination, and support to a part-time marketing colleague, helping ensure marketing initiatives, referral outreach activities, and events are executed effectively and on schedule.
  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons, referral partners, vendors, and fellow marketing coordinators while managing multiple projects independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience required.
  • Experience in the dental or oral surgery field preferred, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Excel, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Ability to build relationships and effectively adapt to differing personalities and leadership styles.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively drive projects forward.
  • High level of creativity and attention to detail.
