About the role

The Marketing & Catering Sales position at Moe's is responsible for driving marketing initiatives and securing new catering orders to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential catering clients, including businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective catering clients.
• Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase Moe's catering offerings and secure new orders.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure exceptional service and product delivery for catering events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently enrolled in a program.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive results.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local markets and community engagement strategies is a plus.
