Job Summary

The Business Development Analyst is a full-time position involving building and strengthening quality relationships with referral sources in the community, while helping to educate aging adults and their families on home care options, as well as other services in our area that can help them age in place. This position also involves helping aging adults and their Home Instead Care Professional navigate our services, while building strong, lasting relationships that will ensure the aging adult can stay home comfortably for as long as it possible.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen quality relationships with referral sources in the community
• Help educate aging adults and their families on home care options and other services
• Navigate our services for aging adults and their Home Instead Care Professionals
• Build strong, lasting relationships to support aging adults staying at home comfortably
• On-call responsibilities on a rotating schedule during business hours
• A company car provided during business hours

Qualifications

• Strong Sales background or previous experience preferred
