About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Specialist to produce engaging visual and digital content that brings the Kandi brand to life. This role combines photography, videography, graphic design, social media, and digital marketing to support our website, dealer network, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on content creation, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to contribute to a growing brand.

This is a full-time onsite position located at our Dallas Office, TX 75243, offering a compensation of $22-$24 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Capture professional product and lifestyle photography, film product walkarounds, demonstrations, testimonials, promotional videos, and short-form digital content.
  • Capture, edit, and produce drone photography and videography.
  • Edit photo and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, the website, and dealer marketing.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing: Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
  • Assist with social media campaign planning and execution, and support email marketing campaigns through content creation.
  • Website & Dealer Marketing: Produce photography, video, and other marketing assets for the website, product pages, and Dealer Marketing Center.
  • Develop downloadable marketing resources and promotional materials for dealers, and assist with website content updates.
  • Graphic Design & Creative Support: Design digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, flyers, presentations, banners, and graphics.
  • Assist with product launches, trade shows, dealer meetings, and company events, ensuring all creative work follows established brand guidelines.
  • Digital Asset Management: Organize and maintain Kandi's digital media library, including photography, video, and marketing assets.
  • Event & Field Marketing: Travel as needed to dealerships, events, trade shows, photo shoots, and product launches, capture event photography and videography, and assist with planning and executing marketing events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, photography, or videography.
  • Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Illustrator).
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with drone photography/videography (FAA Part 107 certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience with website content management systems.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Experience in the automotive, powersports, golf cart, or outdoor recreation industries.
