Marketing Content Manager

Position Overview

We're looking for someone to own content at Incisive: the words and pages that reach prospects and customers everywhere, from organic search to the inbox. You'll build our content engine largely from scratch: collateral, blogs, landing pages, website copy, email and SMS, webinars, and organic social. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you'll do the writing and building; we'll partner closely on strategy and direction.

This role reports to our VP of Marketing.

What will you be doing?

• Write and build the collateral and customer proof our Sales and Customer Success teams rely on
• Own organic content and SEO/AEO: blog posts, website copy, and landing pages that bring the right audience to us
• Run organic social media, from posting through engagement
• Write email and SMS campaigns and our monthly customer newsletter
• Plan and help host the occasional webinar, from content through follow-up
• Apply our brand guidelines consistently as our content library grows

Who are you?

• At least 5 years of marketing experience at a small team or startup, where you wore multiple hats
• A strong writer who can represent our brand voice across collateral, web copy, email, and social
• Hands-on SEO/AEO experience: you know how to write for search and answer engines without sacrificing voice
• Self-directed and organized: you manage your own workload, meet deadlines, and flag issues early
• Curious and analytical: comfortable testing an idea, watching what happens, and learning from the result
• Comfortable using AI tools to work faster, balanced with strong editing instincts: you know a good first draft from a lazy one, and iterate until it's right
• A bias toward shipping over polishing, and comfortable with ambiguity
