Marketing & Content Fellowship — B2B Business
LoveSetMatch is a nonprofit organization rooted in the belief that tennis is more than a sport — it’s a pathway to opportunity, confidence, and community. Based in East Los Angeles and serving youth across L.A. County, we provide free and low-cost tennis programs to children and families in underserved neighborhoods where access to quality sports programming is limited. We serve kids as young as 6 years old through teens and even multi-generational families, offering not just STEM-based tennis instruction but also mentorship, life skills, and wellness education. Our programs emphasize inclusion, joy, and equity — ensuring that every child, regardless of background or income, has a safe place to play, grow, and belong.
About the role
The LoveSetMatch Workforce Fellowship Program connects high school and college students with meaningful, real-world business experience — no computer science degree needed. Our inaugural fellowship is with SPIN.AI, where fellows will work directly to support the VP of Marketing on real B2B marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a growing tech company actually markets itself to other businesses — not just how it builds technology. Fellows will gain supervised, project-based experience over approximately three months while building a professional portfolio, references, and real B2B business fluency. This is a selective, cohort-based opportunity. Joining the applicant network does not guarantee placement.
