Key Responsibilities
- Extract strong benefit driven content and positioning from product management, engineering, applications, sales and service teams to create clear, differentiated, and persuasive messaging for technical and business audiences.
- Develop and execute a content strategy that supports business objectives, product launches, customer engagement, and market positioning.
- Create high-quality content to be used in customer-facing presentations, white papers, application notes, case studies, executive and investor presentations, campaign assets, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.
- Ensure all content reflects brand standards, voice, tone, positioning, and messaging consistency across global markets and customer touchpoints.
- Manage project timelines, content reviews, stakeholder approvals, and cross-functional deliverables in a deadline-driven environment, owning outcomes and delivering on commitments even when priorities shift or barriers arise.
- Monitor content performance and use analytics, customer insights, and campaign data to continuously improve content effectiveness and business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or technical background preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing content development, technical marketing, product marketing or communications.
- Demonstrated ability to write for both technical and executive audiences, with a strong portfolio of content such as white papers, product messaging, launch materials, case studies, thought leadership, and sales enablement assets.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, demand generation, product launch processes, digital channels, SEO principles, and content performance measurement.
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and convert them into clear customer value propositions and differentiated market messaging.
- Experience using content management systems, analytics tools, collaboration platforms, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing, customer journey mapping, persona development, and lifecycle content strategy.
