Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage payments operational communications working closely with Payments Business Operations, Retail and Restaurant Sales Operations and Product management teams.
- Develop clear and compelling content that differentiates our products in the market. Ability to translate complex product facts into value propositions highlighting customer benefits and outcomes.
- Help drive market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of high-quality marketing materials such as case studies, white papers, blog posts, and videos.
- Provide the sales team with the necessary communications and training to effectively sell our products, including sales presentations, product demos, and competitive analysis.
- Work closely with product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in communications or marketing, preferably in the payments sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of successful product launches, product transformation and marketing communications activities.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
