About the Role

As a detail-oriented marketing specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering effective communication and engagement to ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels that highlight Clearway Health’s innovative specialty pharmacy services. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to craft compelling content, maintain brand consistency, and contribute to the success of corporate programs and events. You’ll contribute to marketing programs including digital marketing, social media, lead generation, and conferences, balancing daily details, project management, and creative execution.

Responsibilities

  • Event Management
    • Manage logistics of approximately 10 booth exhibits per year as well as coordination of non-booth attendance at conferences; manage all registrations and hotel bookings
    • Serve as primary liaison with exhibit management vendor, overseeing invoices, booth builds, and event-related orders
    • Coordinate events and meetings by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and managing mailing lists
    • Execute deliverables for each conference and event, including content, graphics, videos, and collateral
    • Handle sponsorship, membership, and attendee registrations and paperwork
    • Develop prep sheets for each event, helping company attendees organize their trip and conference attendance
    • Oversee distribution, management, and integration of lead capture app, Popl, for all conferences
  • Digital Marketing
    • Work closely with colleagues across marketing, client development, and corporate operations to support project plans and campaigns
    • Execute strategies for various digital marketing activities including SEO, display ads, Google AdWords, AI integration, and website optimization
    • Build schedules and digital campaigns to support marketing and organization-wide initiatives
    • Support lead generation initiatives through CRM management including campaign creation, post-event follow-ups, list management, and evolving business needs
  • Social Media Management
    • Create content for social media activities including post copy, graphic creation (using Canva and Audiograms), and monitoring tags, mentions, and other activities on LinkedIn and YouTube
    • Assist with managing the social media calendar and YouTube video uploads
  • Communications
    • Assist in creating and collating marketing materials as needed, working with design and print vendors
    • Develop compelling marketing content aligned with brand voice, including case studies, blog posts, white papers, email copy, and sales collateral
    • Own vendor relationship with Stadium to manage company swag program including company-wide giveaways, ongoing maintenance of locker inventory, and welcome kits
    • Review and approve company business card printing
  • General
    • Keep current of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in corporate communications and marketing and apply them to your work
    • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for completion of new and different requests
    • Contribute to marketing initiatives and special projects as needed to support business objectives

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing and communications or a closely related specialty, with a preference for experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with Microsoft products, including Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in graphic design or working alongside graphic designers is advantageous
  • Extensive knowledge of predominant digital marketing platforms including Hootsuite, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
  • Understanding of the commercial printing process is advantageous
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • A good grasp of marketing automation and lead software is beneficial

Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, editing, and proofreading
  • Proficiency in independent work within a remote environment, with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with team members
  • Creative thinking skills for developing compelling content, with knowledge of social and digital media practices
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities, demonstrating strong judgment and flexibility
  • Basic graphic design – following templates in Canva, basic updates to PowerPoints, coordination with external graphic designer
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and proven proactive thinking
  • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
  • Experience with digital advertising, search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
  • Experience working on booth coordination for conferences and industry events

Special Working Conditions

Up to 10% of travel may be required.

Pay

The current annual compensation range for this position is $92,000 - $115,000. The actual rate within this range will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience, and other relevant factors. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role is eligible to participate in the company’s bonus program as part of its comprehensive and rewarding benefits package.
