What You'll Do
- Create sales-support materials including promotional content, sales emails, presentations and event materials.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop communications that support construction and industrial sales initiatives.
- Plan and execute supplier promotional campaigns and customer-facing communications.
- Manage company communications including newsletters, intranet content, digital signage, executive announcements and employee recognition programs.
- Support company culture and engagement initiatives through storytelling, recognition content and internal campaigns.
- Maintain Fromm's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- Build and manage a marketing communications calendar to ensure consistent, strategic messaging across channels.
- Collaborate with leaders and departments across the organization to support communication needs and business objectives.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining accuracy, brand standards and editorial quality.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to create clear, persuasive and engaging content for a variety of audiences.
- Experience developing B2B marketing and sales-support materials.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using AI-assisted content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management and email marketing best practices.
- Strong interviewing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into compelling communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SharePoint and email marketing platform experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field preferred.
