About the role

To support the teams working on our exciting projects, we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to manage integrated marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and thought leadership programs across the Americas. This role partners closely with consultants, sector leaders, and global marketing teams to drive brand visibility, client engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital, PR, social media, email, and events.
  • Partner with consultants and business stakeholders to develop campaign messaging and thought leadership content.
  • Cover media opportunities, PR activities, and campaign communications.
  • Support social media and digital marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn and email campaigns.
  • Manage campaign timelines, reporting, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Digital, Design and Events teams.
  • Ensure alignment with Simon-Kucher brand standards and marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, campaign management, or PR.
  • Experience managing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and KPI's.
  • Experience within consulting, professional services, or corporate marketing environments preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Total compensation for this role includes a base salary, performance bonus, eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • The base salary range for this position is between $95,000 to $110,000 per year for US roles.
  • Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
  • Salary ranges are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with market conditions.

Pay

  • The base salary range for this position is between $95,000 to $110,000 per year for US roles.

Schedule

  • This is a hybrid position and does require two days in office at one of our office locations.
