About the Role

Turning Point for God is the broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah, delivering the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world. Using Dr. Jeremiah’s teaching, we capture, curate, and communicate Bible Strong content through media to share the Gospel with theological and creative excellence. This role supports the mission by ensuring clear, accurate, and polished messaging across written communications and marketing materials while contributing to digital marketing execution.

Responsibilities

• Proof all email and direct mail communications for grammar, spelling, and diction in adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
• Attend Communication and Digital Marketing strategy meetings.
• Take notes in email strategy meetings.
• Coordinate changes and distribute email copy from the writing team.
• Build and send daily devotional emails in the Mailchimp platform, ensuring consistent content formatting.
• Maintain version control and file organization for drafts and approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
• Mastery of grammar, spelling, and diction.
• Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar tools).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle feedback and revisions collaboratively.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional.
• Ministry experience a plus.
• Must be a like-minded believer and share our passion to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world.
• Demonstrated alignment with and support for Turning Point’s Statement of Faith (required for employment).

What to Expect

This is a non-exempt, full-time position at Turning Point International Headquarters in Lakeside, CA. Turning Point fosters a dynamic culture reflecting traditional Christian values and supports employees’ God-given abilities and skills.

Pay

The expected salary for this position is $25 to $30 an hour. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
