Marketing Clinical Liaison
About the role
Join our team as a Marketing Clinical Liaison and play a pivotal role in connecting individuals and families with high-quality residential programs across Southeast Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and nurture strong partnerships with referral sources (hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, case managers, and community organizations).
- Conduct clinical screens and pre-admission assessments to determine program eligibility.
- Serve as the key communication bridge between referral sources, families, payors, and our clinical/admissions teams.
- Achieve personal and team admission targets while tracking all activity in our systems.
- Attend regional and national conferences to represent our programs and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide valuable feedback on market needs to help shape and improve our services.
- Build meaningful relationships that make a real difference in people’s recovery journeys.
Requirements
- Required Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Rehabilitation, Therapeutic, Human Services, or related field (also preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in rehabilitation, therapeutic services, or a residential setting.
- Proven cold-calling and sales experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel across Southeast Michigan.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with Managed Care Organizations or Local Management Entities.
- Clinical assessment or case management background.

Pay
$75,000 – $85,000 base + quarterly incentive compensation
Schedule
Monday–Friday, work remotely plus traveling in Southeast Michigan
