Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage client and prospect meeting materials with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
- Respond to client, consultant, and prospect inquiries with professionalism and proactive follow-up
- Support the development and distribution of marketing materials, including presentations, articles, and white papers
- Complete DDQs and RFPs with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain CRM records, including contact information and activity tracking
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Collaborate with investment, compliance, and internal teams
- Provide support to the Marketing & Client Service team as needed
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in investment management or financial services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to synthesize information
- Client-focused, proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI; familiarity with Salesforce preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
