Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support and administration of claims, credit holds, and processing of customer orders.
  • Supply Chain Governance: Provide insights and recommendations through monitoring of rebates, material flows, and customer orders.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance data-driven decision-making processes and conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive improved business performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations on optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and summaries of dashboards to branches, cross-functional teams, and management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support completion of tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in Inventory Control, Supply Chain, and/or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, statistical analysis, and systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, depending on site location, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and equipment. The employee may occasionally be exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; and vibration. The employee may occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme cold; extreme heat; and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in some work environments is occasionally loud.
