Marketing Campaign Manager at BairesDev We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who thrives on keeping complex, multi-channel initiatives organized and on track. What You'll Do: - Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, and events.- Develop campaign briefs and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles and deliverables.- Work with creative, content, and channel teams to gather and deploy campaign assets on schedule.- Monitor campaign performance in real time and flag issues or opportunities for optimization.- Prepare post-campaign reports summarizing results, learnings, and recommendations.- Manage campaign budgets and coordinate with vendors and agencies as needed. What we are looking for: - 3+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or integrated marketing.- Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from briefing through launch and reporting.- Strong project management skills with familiarity with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.- Good understanding of digital marketing channels and how they contribute to campaign goals.- Clear communicator with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
