Marketing Campaign Manager

About the role

This position manages and owns the marketing campaign creation and execution processes for the Corporate Database Marketing Department. Responsibilities also include coordinating and communicating with Corporate and Property Marketing Teams, ensuring data accuracy for direct mail campaigns, building and maintaining database marketing programs, executing integrated marketing campaigns, supervising campaign execution, and managing corporate and property campaign timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own marketing campaign processes for Corporate Database Marketing Department
• Coordinate and communicate with Corporate and Property Marketing Teams
• Ensure data accuracy for direct mail campaigns
• Build and maintain database marketing programs, including Direct Mail and Email Marketing
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments
• Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns
• Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
• Manage corporate and property campaign timelines and job requests
• Cook up and coordinate with Corporate and Property departments to execute key company initiatives
• Identify potential problems and work to find solutions to maximize efficiency
• Aid the Director of Database Marketing with campaign stages, data extracts, creation, testing, proofing, and validating

Qualifications

• Business, marketing, or statistics degree from an accredited institution or 3+ years experience in the gaming industry preferred
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with Guests, Team Members, and Management
• Experience using CRM tools preferred
• Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Excel and Access
• Knowledge of campaign management tools preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage project details
