Marketing Campaign Manager

About the role

GDIT is seeking a strategic marketing professional to join the growing GDIT corporate marketing team. The ideal candidate will support campaign development for the Defense market and company-wide technology efforts, overseeing and executing strategic and tactical campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic and measurable go-to-market plans aligned with growth and brand goals
• Build consultative relationships with subject matter experts, business development/growth, and operational teams
• Collaborate with external marketing vendors and media partners to support integrated marketing campaigns
• Engage with GDIT’s extensive technology partner ecosystem and support co-marketing initiatives
• Demonstrate the value of strategic marketing as an ambassador for the marketing team
• Work effectively within a large matrixed organization to influence major initiatives

Requirements

• Strategic thinker capable of synthesizing information to create actionable plans
• Energy and creativity with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Leadership skills to influence and coach across functional teams
• Business savvy to connect marketing actions with business outcomes
• Expertise in B2B/B2G marketing and technology marketing
• Experience in cross-channel marketing communications (PR, events, digital, and social media)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 5+ years of combined marketing, corporate communications, brand management, and/or public relations agency experience

Skills

• Strong writing and public speaking skills
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in cross-channel marketing communications

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $93,662 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Schedule

This position requires a Hybrid schedule to Falls Church, Virginia office 3 days per week.
