Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional marketing programs, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment for product launches, campaigns, and key initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end execution of Outshift's webinar program, including planning, platform management, live event moderation, and post-event reporting.
- Manage marketing operations by administering tools, workflows, automations, resource planning, and campaign tracking to improve team efficiency.
- Analyze and communicate campaign, webinar, and website performance metrics, providing actionable insights for stakeholders and quarterly business reviews.
- Cross-coordinate cross-functional approvals, vendor relationships, and additional marketing initiatives to ensure successful delivery across content, digital, paid media, and web programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing program management, product marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or event/webinar production.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously while driving execution and meeting deadlines.
- Experience using marketing and collaboration platforms such as Airtable, Jira, Confluence, ON24, or similar tools.
- Experience analyzing and reporting marketing campaign, webinar, or digital performance metrics using reporting or analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting product launches in a technology, SaaS, or startup-like environment.
- Proven experience producing virtual events or webinar programs from planning through post-event analysis.
- Experience implementing workflow automations or AI-enabled solutions to improve marketing operations and team productivity.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and marketing technology platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web content management, campaign reporting, and cross-functional go-to-market execution.

Benefits
At Cisco, we offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment. The starting salary range for this position is $121,000.00 to $152,500.00, subject to location and individual performance. Additional benefits include:

Employees may also be eligible for paid time off, grants of Cisco restricted stock units, and performance-based incentive pay. For quota-based sales roles, incentive compensation is typically split between quota and non-quota components, with performance-based incentives ranging from 0% to 125% of target based on attainment.
