Responsibilities
- Partner closely to develop annual and quarterly account marketing plans that drive growth, pipeline velocity, and loyalty
- Build and execute one-to-one and one-to-few multi-channel campaigns — including personalized content, webinars, paid media, outbound, and social
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing on joint GTM opportunities with GSI, channel, and ecosystem partners
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, audience targeting, campaign personalization, and performance insights
- Be an internal expert on tools like 6Sense, Demand Base and Path Factory
- Track and optimize campaign performance against KPIs; deliver clear reporting and recommendations to stakeholders
- Monitor MQL flow and ensure timely follow-up with Business Development teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS field or growth marketing experience
- Proven success partnering with field organizations
- Hands-on experience with 6Sense, Demand base, Path Factory LinkedIn Navigator and related technologies
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g., generative AI for research and content, AI-powered analytics, AI-guided plans) to improve efficiency and results
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for testing new technologies and methods — including emerging AI capabilities
- BA/BS in marketing, communications, or related field
Pay
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $55.00 /hour.
