Marketing & Business Development Specialist

About the role

We’re hiring a Marketing & Business Development Specialist for Eden Health Club to create and drive local business alliances that directly fuel our membership growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and Execute Partnership Programs: Develop and roll out tailored partnership models that include clear referral incentives and performance tracking.
• Drive Measurable Growth: Achieve specific targets for new member acquisitions through these partnerships within the first 90 days and beyond.
• Full Cycle Ownership: From initial outreach to ongoing management, take full ownership of the partnership lifecycle, ensuring each collaboration is effective and scalable.

Qualifications

• Experience & Initiative: Proven track record in business development or partnership roles, ideally with a strong local network or the ability to rapidly build one.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to both conceptualize partnership strategies and execute them end-to-end.
• Results-Oriented: Focused on hitting concrete KPIs and driving real revenue impact.

Benefits

• Compensation: Target compensation for this role is $50,000 - $80,000 plus a competitive incentive compensation package.
