About the role
Bisco, Inc. is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join their marketing team. This position reports to the Product Marketing Manager and oversees the development and implementation of the company's product marketing strategies for both domestic and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in assigned product line/category.
- Understand and share market composition, segmentation & trends.
- Provide content for marketing materials, collateral, training, etc.
- Support in the development of product training sessions for sales professionals or key leaders.
- Develop and manage website content.
- Manage assigned product line lifecycles.
- Obtain and review customer input/feedback for marketing and new product management.
- Develop pricing and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the development team to design new product/s through a stage gate design process.
- Perform competitive analysis to determine product features, positioning, etc.
- Attend tradeshows and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: Marketing or business preferred.
- 0 to 3 years of work experience in marketing.
- Technical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail and goal-oriented with high standards for quality and performance.
- Able to effectively work with others to achieve common objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written (formal & creative) communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience with Propel, Loftware, and Power of BI a plus.
