We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About us, About the position (maybe heading "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have sections: About us, About the position (which could be "About the role"), Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Responsibilities), Knowledge & Skills (Skills), Key Character Traits (maybe part of Skills or Qualifications?), Education/Experience (Qualifications), Physical Demands (maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted unless we include as part of Qualifications? Probably we can include as a separate section? The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Physical Demands is specific content; but not one of the example headings. Could we still use a heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable. Physical Demands could be part of Qualifications or Requirements? Might be better to include as a separate section with

Physical Demands. The instruction didn't forbid other headings; just gave examples. So we can include Physical Demands as its own heading. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, immigration stuff, etc. Also remove "Equal Employment EmployerSolésence Beauty Science is an Equal Employment Opportunity..." and the immigration stuff. Also remove "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." maybe keep? It's part of EEO? It's about accommodations; could be considered boilerplate but it's about disability accommodation; might be considered EEO-related. Safer to remove. We need to preserve all substantive information: About us paragraph, About the position paragraph, Essential Duties and Responsibilities bullet list (but currently it's a long paragraph with sections separated by headings like Content, Copy & Web etc). We need to turn into
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The duties are grouped under headings like "Content, Copy & Web", "Digital Assets & Inventory", etc. We could treat each bullet as a duty. Could also keep subheadings inside
  • ? Probably better to make each duty as a
  • and maybe include the heading as bold text inside. But instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to produce a list. We'll extract each duty item. Let's parse duties: From "Essential Duties and Responsibilities:" then: Content, Copy & Web - Draft and edit marketing copy; manage the editorial/blog calendar and website content management system (CMS) - Create designs for ads, website, socials, and other channels using Canva and other tools - Own routine SEO content updates and monthly SEO/content-gap review, escalating recommendations to the Senior Manager - Stay up to date on industry trends and create content based upon analyses - QA all published content for brand and spec compliance before it goes live Digital Assets & Inventory - Maintain digital asset library hygiene and naming conventions for internal and external stakeholders - Manage physical marketing inventory (promotional items, event stock) CRM & Email - Maintain CRM contact records (HubSpot/Salesforce) and resolve duplicates; support lead entry after events - Maintain CRM list segmentation and data cleanliness - Draft, edit and manage email campaigns and monitor and report on engagement Social Media & Community - Draft and edit social media copy - Own the day-to-day social content calendar and standard post scheduling - Monitor and respond to social engagement within SLA; escalate negative sentiment or high-visibility items to the Senior Manager Events & Production - Coordinate event and trade-show logistics, vendor confirmations, and on-site checklists - Plan photo/video shoots and manage 60-day-out production planning for upcoming events Reporting & Performance Tracking - Pull weekly performance data and prepare the monthly cross-channel performance summary for the Senior Manager - Maintain the budget and spend tracker; process invoices, POs, and reconciliations Operations & Admin - Triage marketing request inbox and daily task list; Identify bottlenecks and escalate items at risk - Maintain the master marketing calendar (2-week rolling visibility) and keep SOPs current - Perform additional duties as assigned to support strategy, marketing, and communications activities We'll produce a
        with each of these as
      • . Could also group by subheadings but not required. Next: Knowledge & Skills section: list of bullet points. Knowledge & Skills: - Working knowledge of a CRM/marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and a CMS (Wordpress or similar) - Ability to research in market data tools such as Mintel, Euromonitor, Nielsen - Solid writing and editing skills; comfortable with basic content design/QA, experience with design tools such as Canva; Adobe InDesign or Illustrator a plus - Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency with standard marketing and project-management tech stack tools (Asana or similar) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality We'll make
        • . Key Character Traits: list: - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Self-motivated with a bias toward action and follow-through - Collaborative, resourceful, and proactive - Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team environment - Thrives within a dynamic environment and easily adapts to changing priorities - Engages well with people of diverse backgrounds, training, and experience - Interest in the Beauty, Wellness, Manufacturing and/or consumer packed goods space We could treat as Skills or maybe Qualifications. Could put under a section "Key Character Traits" as

Key Character Traits. Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered) - 2–4 years of marketing experience in a coordinator, associate, or specialist capacity — agency or in-house both welcome - 2+ years of experience in beauty, health, or wellness sectors We'll put under

Qualifications. Pay: Base hiring range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year. Also note compensation determined by factors. We'll include Pay section with that range. Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit. Benefits: Not mentioned. Omit. We need to include About us and About the role (About the position). Use

          About us and

About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, immigration, reasonable accommodations, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
