The position supports travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward. Primary Responsibilities Support marketing associate work connected with travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support.Maintain calendars, briefs, assets, status trackers, approvals, and supporting documentation.Prepare, review, schedule, or coordinate role-appropriate content, campaigns, communications, or event materials.Track activity and performance indicators and prepare clear updates for internal or client review.Coordinate deadlines and handoffs with teammates, clients, vendors, venues, or creative partners as appropriate.Quality-check deliverables and keep campaign, communication, or event records organized.
