Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate marketing vendor relationships, including deliverables, communication, and invoice tracking
• Cook up and distribute customer engagement initiatives like gifts, holiday outreach, and relationship touchpoints
• Help keep CRM data quality top-notch by updating contact records and fixing address or account information
• Jump on board with marketing campaigns, from email to mailings to content creation
• Draft and format marketing emails, letters, and basic communications that align with brand standards
• Provide administrative and project support, including scheduling, file organization, and tracking deliverables
• Enter and manage accounts payable related to marketing vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Help maintain marketing materials, templates, and collateral to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Support event preparation, including materials coordination and logistics, as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or a related role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems preferred
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy, particularly in data entry and record management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Interest in developing knowledge of commercial insurance and B2B marketing
