Key Responsibilities
- Support company marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media content, email campaigns, public relations efforts, internal communications, and brand-building projects.
- Draft, edit, and coordinate written content such as company announcements, broker spotlights, case studies, award submissions, market-related updates, articles, and other marketing copy.
- Maintain and update agent bios, company photos, team information, news items, and website content through WordPress or related platforms.
- Aid in social media planning, scheduling, content coordination, and engagement across LinkedIn and other company platforms.
- Support public relations initiatives, including award submissions, press releases, media opportunities, advertising opportunities, and coordination with third-party PR partners.
- Aid in the creation and distribution of The WeekLee Transactions, including gathering information from brokers and preparing email communications.
- Help maintain company marketing templates, internal instructions, process documentation, and workflow tools.
- Support brokers and the marketing team with flyers, tour books, pitch books, placemats, presentations, email campaigns, and other client-facing marketing materials.
- Manage property listings and availability updates across platforms including CoStar, LoopNet, CREXi, Commercial Gateway, Buildout, and other listing sites.
- Cope with new listing materials, listing revisions, property blasts, and approved marketing updates.
- Aid in business development materials such as pitch letters, fact sheets, broker biographies, market overviews, articles, and client-facing collateral.
- Respond to broker marketing and research requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle confidential company, client, and transaction-related information with sound judgment and discretion.
- Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of marketing experience preferred, but recent graduates with strong writing, design, organizational, or marketing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable learning new platforms and processes.
- Comfortable interacting with brokers, clients, vendors, visitors, and team members in a professional office setting.
