Marketing Associate

About the role

To keep pace with our growth, we’re looking for a digitally-savvy and commercially-minded Marketing Associate to help us show up brilliantly across key US retail partners – in-store and online. You’ll support major accounts like Target, Costco, and Walmart by managing campaigns, optimizing visibility, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan and execute impactful trade and shopper marketing campaigns across key US retail accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Creative and external retail partners to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns.
• Develop shopper marketing campaigns across programmes including TPRs, Roundel, Costco MVM and Instacart.
• Manage the US retail campaign calendar, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time across multiple channels.
• Create sell-in decks, retail collateral and trade marketing materials to support launches and promotions.
• Drive in-store activations, including sampling, POS and retail marketing initiatives.
• Brief and collaborate with internal teams, including Design, Copy, Influencer and Performance Marketing, to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Optimise ecommerce product listings across key retailer websites, including Amazon, Costco.com and Target.com.
• Analyse campaign performance and use insights to continuously improve future marketing activity.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless omnichannel campaigns that support Huel’s commercial growth.

Requirements

This role is a great fit for someone with good foundation experience in marketing with exposure to consumer packaged goods, direct-to-consumer, or digitally native brands (think food, wellness, or healthy beverages). You may have gained experience through an internship or ambassador work.

• Some exposure to both retail marketing and digital, with an understanding of how online levers drive in-store sales.
• A background or interest in food, wellness, healthy beverages, or ecommerce preferred.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple priorities and hit deadlines.
• Initiative to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
• Strong communicator (written, visual, verbal) and comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Digitally fluent, with knowledge of ecommerce platforms, paid/owned channels, and campaign delivery.
• Commercially minded, curious about how marketing activities impact sales and shopper engagement.
