Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates with the RUPI team to ensure target enrollment numbers are met for events and training sessions.
- Plans social media content, schedules posts, and engages with the community.
- Processes and posts podcast episodes.
- Maintains and responds to podcast reviews and comments.
- Locates potential podcasts, conferences, and other events to promote RUPI.
- Executes and monitors SEO strategy and website comments.
- Promotes RUPI through prospects and content partnerships.
- Sends outreach messages via email marketing in GetResponse.
- Creates and manages automations and forms for marketing purposes.
- Executes and monitors online ad campaigns through Google and social media platforms.
- Utilizes ad grants available to nonprofits.
- Does regular research on prospects, competitors, their products, and their offers.
- Circles lead for the Development & Growth Circle.
Qualifications / Skills
- Commitment to co-create an environment of belonging and a demonstrated understanding of privilege and oppression and the impact these have on equity, access, and opportunity.
- An understanding and appreciation of the mission, vision, and values of the Right Use of Power Institute.
- Proven experience providing marketing support including social media management and email marketing.
- Strong experience in GetResponse, Monday.com, and Canva.
- Ability to perform strategic research.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience with marketing support.
- Training in RUP or a willingness to be trained.
- Ability to work 5 hours per week as a contract position.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly compensation: $18 – $25/hour DOE.
