Marketing Assistant

About the role

RCB Bank is seeking an individual responsible for print shop tasks and providing support to marketing staff, including organizing and contributing to the development of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Complete marketing automation daily, weekly, bi-monthly and monthly duties.
• Manage the print shop, including:
• Maintain and run production press machinery and other printing press related items (cutter, creaser, sorter).
• Work with paper supplier to ensure adequate supplies for all projects.
• Maintain and audit inventory of promotional and marketing collateral as well as supply room.
• Work with vendors as needed for service of machinery.
• Fulfill marketing and promotional requests for branches as requested.
• Design, proof and print business cards.
• Provide occasional photography assistance.
• Provide general administrative assistance for marketing department, including but not limited to, receiving guests, answering telephones, answering front door (for Claremore Corporate) and assistance with mail.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.

Skills

• Previous graphic design experience.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Previous print shop experience.
