Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the branch sales staff with providing excellent customer service and innovative products and cutting-edge technology.
• Create and distribute marketing materials with approval from Corporate Marketing and Legal/Compliance Department.
• Utilize material within the AMPLIFY and LAUNCH systems on behalf of the branch or Loan Officers.
• Maintain Branch Social Network Platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Audience build and respond to direct messages and accept followers.
• Promote Corporate Social Media posts on Branch and LO pages.
• Share content from AMPLIFY to social media platforms.
• Monitor sites and delete spam.
• Set auto-posts as needed.
• Coordinate/manage local branch events on behalf of the Branch or Loan Officer.

Requirements

• One year minimum mortgage and/or marketing experience.
• Social media experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Top of Mind Preferred CRM.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Tech proficient in Microsoft applications.
