Marketing Assistant
This role operates within the context of brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support. Responsibilities
- Review marketing-focused tasks with analytics to ensure traceability, including source, owner, status, and next action.
- Document branding role deliverables with status tracking for transparency and accountability.
- Maintain digital marketing assets with deadline management to support campaign execution.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate quality control and workflow management to surface errors before they cause rework.

Position Details
Full-time, entry-level role. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.
