About the role
Corgan is seeking an ambitious Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong time management skills, a graphic eye for visual communications, and a team player with problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Producing proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials to support business development efforts and win work.
- Auxiliary work for marketing team members, coordinating and producing materials, particularly in response to RFQ/Ps.
- Participating in kickoff meetings with marketing lead and project leadership to discuss strategy development for pursuit deliverables.
- Maintaining resources and systems including CRM, the SharePoint resource library, and OpenAsset.
- Communicating the brand through custom development of visual and written content that demonstrates an understanding of the industry and passion for design excellence.
- Coordinating with team members, outside consultants, and other stakeholders to identify and collect information needed and define key differentiators for assigned projects.
- Preparing and executing materials for trade shows and conventions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the A/E/C industry is a plus.
- Proficient in InDesign / Adobe Creative Suite.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Possesses impeccable organization and time management skills.
- Highly skilled in both verbal and written communication.
- Excelling in relationship building, intra-personal skills, and collaboration.
- A proactive, resourceful, self-starter who can easily multi-task against deadlines.
Qualifications
- This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
- Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
