ARCO National Construction is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team onsite in our St. Louis office. This role requires a creative approach to problem-solving and proactive drive to make an impact. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
- Assist with planning and coordinating client events, trade shows, open houses, ribbon cuttings, recruiting events, and internal company functions.
- Order corporate apparel, promotional products, client gifts, and other branded materials.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate shipping, inventory, and organization of event materials and promotional items.
- Create graphics for social media, company events, presentations, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.
- Help maintain digital asset libraries, marketing files, and contact databases.
- Work closely with marketing team members to support special projects and day-to-day marketing activities.
- Assist with the coordination and production of jobsite marketing materials, including signage, branded gear, promotional items, and other project support materials.
- Maintain and organize marketing collateral, including brochures, project sheets, resumes, photography, flyers, and other branded assets.
- Help maintain inventory of marketing materials and event supplies.
- Support special projects and marketing initiatives as assigned.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure consistent brand standards across all materials.
- Build positive working relationships with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
- Internship or previous marketing experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a willingness to learn digital marketing tools.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
