Marketing Assistant/Analyst 3

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Support the Relay Network (Member Health Newsfeed) platform.
• Work on LOB launch - the calendar, work cross functionally with business on new LOB launch (especially with commercial).
• Work closely with campaign managers on special handling groups and get approval for content.
• Be the advocate for campaign processes and guidelines with the creative team and cross-functional teams.
• Help manage Relay cards - build it in the CX Builder, ensure all special handling approvals have been met, all necessary data is available and ready to use, ensure SP version is available, CTA word count is within character limit and graphic is under 1MB.
• Update the performance deck with Relay cards and KPIs.
• Lead the Relay calendar call and support the calendar.
• Review data files for accuracy.
