Marketing and Social Media Asst.

Job Responsibilities

• Aid in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns to support dining programs and initiatives.
• Create and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Capture and develop digital content including photography, video, and graphics to support marketing efforts.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to guest inquiries, and support community engagement.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote menu offerings, retail concepts, and special events.
• Participate in on-site marketing activations, tabling events, and campus engagement activities.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance with Aramark and Arizona State University brand standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking skills with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with content creation, photography, and video editing.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or customer engagement.
• Interest in hospitality, food service, or campus life.
