Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing and new National and International customers and business clients.
• Learn consultative sales techniques and marketing strategies.
• Participate in daily training, coaching, and team meetings (Market Research).
• Perform Data Entry and Customer Service tasks.
• Learn about the industry and products we sell (approximately 2‑3 weeks outside the office).
• Learn the software we use; training will be provided.

Requirements

• Reliable, professional, and fluent bilingual in English and Spanish (other languages a plus).
• Ability to evaluate, research leads, and hold good conversations with prospects outside of a given script.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging in social conversation on telephone calls.
• Friendly team player with a desire for growth.
• Knowledge of word processing, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.

Schedule

• Must work in the office (Queens, NY area) – this is not a remote job.
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
