Marketing and Event Coordinator

Mountz Jewelers is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive customer engagement and sales.
• Manage and maintain the Mountz Jewelers website, including product updates, promotional content, and e-commerce initiatives.
• Support social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking across digital platforms.
• Coordinate in-store and community events, managing logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional efforts.
• Analyze marketing and event performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of marketing, digital marketing, or related experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Event planning and coordination experience
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or customer-focused environments
