Marketing and Communications Specialist (Onsite- Willmar, MN)

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, website updates, and promotional materials.
• Write and edit press releases, product announcements, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Aid in digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and lead generation campaigns.
• Support video content creation, photography, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, and external vendors to develop compelling marketing content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Aid in CRM and website content management updates.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or content creation experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with SEO principles, AI tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design applications.
• Experience with CRM or CMS systems preferred (HubSpot, Optimizely, WordPress, etc.).
• Photography, video editing, and B2B marketing experience are beneficial.
