About the role

The Partner Marketing & Communications team supports DaVita's engagement with physicians and B2B partners by translating clinical innovation and operational excellence into powerful, integrated programs. We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support our marketing and communications efforts for physicians and B2B audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute email and digital communication campaigns for software product teams, including EHR / EMR, ensuring accurate and timely technical updates to users.
  • Rapidly execute urgent communications during system outages or bugs, formatting approved messages and delivering them promptly.
  • Diligently track communications calendars, drafting and routing planned updates for approval well in advance.
  • Serve as a shared owner of the physician email inbox, triaging inquiries, drafting responses, and ensuring no requests fall through the cracks.
  • Analyze email performance, synthesizing data into actionable reports to optimize future sends.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, version control, and distribution lists.
  • Shepherd content through the LCPR review process, incorporating all feedback before final send.
  • Support senior team leads by taking ownership of routine or overflow tasks, allowing them to focus on complex strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing coordination, or related field.
  • Strong writing skills, able to convert technical inputs into clear, professional emails for doctors and hospital executives.
  • Data literacy, comfortable working with numbers and explaining "good" Open Rates.
  • Execution focus, taking pride in getting the job done right and on time, managing multiple projects reliably and responsively.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new platforms and managing distribution lists.
  • Growth mindset, naturally curious, embracing new challenges, and actively seeking opportunities to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Acoustic, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Familiarity with healthcare, technical, or other highly regulated environments.
  • Experience writing for B2B or executive audiences.
