How success is defined
Own the development and delivery of executive-level performance dashboards and reporting frameworks, providing meaningful context and business implications alongside data; proactively identify trends, diagnose root causes, and drive strategic recommendations and action plans with minimal guidance.
Lead and influence cross-functional collaboration with UX, development, and ecommerce teams to define, prioritize, and implement enhancements that improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall site performance; make informed trade-off decisions and clear blockers proactively.
Conduct advanced analyses of customer behavior, segmentation, and purchasing patterns to generate actionable insights that directly shape marketing strategies, promotional planning, and ecommerce growth initiatives; recommend and implement changes in partnership with stakeholders.
Champion continuous optimization by identifying systemic performance gaps, recommending innovative solutions, and ensuring accountability for execution across teams; set KPIs and track progress against them.
Exercise independent judgment to assess competing priorities, allocate resources effectively, and make sound, strategic decisions aligned with business objectives; escalate only when cross-functional alignment or resourcing constraints require it.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, influencing decisions through clear, data-driven storytelling and owning follow-through on outcomes.
Works effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.
